The Denver Pool Polar Plunge and 5K is back at Wash Park! Plunge, run or do both in support of Special Olympics Colorado athletes!
The Denver Pool Polar Plunge and 5K is back at Wash Park, located at the cross streets of Franklin and Mississippi! Choose your chill – plunge, run or do both in support of Special Olympics Colorado athletes at the 2022 Westerra Credit Union Denver Polar Plunge presented by Ford and raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Colorado athletes.
Registration Opens – 8:00 AM
Start Time for 5K Run/Walk sponsored by Anytime Fitness – 9:00 AM
Polar Plunge – 10:00 AM – 12:30 AM
$75 fundraising minimum for all adults – or – $50 for students and Special Olympics Colorado athletes.
Safety Measures
Hosting an in-person Polar Plunge is a responsibility we do not take lightly. County and local COVID regulations will be followed if in place the week of the plunge.
