37th Annual Greater Park Hill Home Tour & Street Fair

The 37th Annual Greater Park Hill Home Tour & Street Fair will take place on Sunday, September 27th, 2015. Tour seven homes in Denver’s most architecturally diverse neighborhood. The free Street Fair is on Forest Parkway between Montview Boulevard and 17th Avenue. It offers over 100 vendors including great food, beer & wine garden, live music, crafts, classic cars and children’s activities. Both the home tour and the street fair run from 11AM-5PM. Advance Home Tour ticket sales begin September 1st at several local businesses and online at www.parkhillhometour.org. Tickets will be $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and for children (7-12). Tickets purchased the day of the event increase by $5. Proceeds benefit the Greater Park Hill Community, a non-profit organization that supports neighborhood programs including a food pantry, newspaper and neighborhood events.
