When looking for the oldest examples of something in the United States, young Denver often loses out to the cities of the East, but there’s one area where we claim the title: Denver plays host to the oldest press club in the entire United States. The Denver Press Club brought together politicians, newspaper editors, and everyone in between to discuss the events of the day. Some of the names are well known, but there are stories yet to tell. There’s even some art to take they eye beyond the written word. Time for a tour of the first press club around, and we’ll keep the paparazzi at bay so your journey won’t be splashed across the tabloids. Our time on site even includes a catered lunch.
