Alicia Garza, founder and principal of Black Futures Lab and co-founder of Black Lives Matter Global Network, will discuss her book, The Purpose of Power, and the possibilities that movements hold for our collective future. Garza will also discuss what she learned from years of bringing people together to effect change and how she created a paradigm for addressing inequities when established avenues fail. This presentation is the keynote for the Bold Women. Change History. Summit and will be followed by a book signing.
