Kim Robards Dance will be in-residence at The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace Monday-Thursday, 9:00-3:30, offering company class and open rehearsals culminating in a KRD performance on Thursday evening featuring professional dancers and live music

Kim Robards Dance is a professional modern dance touring company featuring the critically acclaimed choreography of Artistic Director Kim Robards. The professional company will be in residence at The Hangar providing opportunities for the public to attend rehearsals for free and witness the creative process as well as meet the artists. The residency will culminate with a performance – “Intertwine” – open to the public on Thursday, April 4 at The Hangar at 7:30. The concert will highlight work KRD performed recently at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York. The evening will feature original arrangements by Composer/Musician Chappell Kingsland of music by U2 and Smashing Pumpkins with a new modern dance work created by Artistic Director Kim Robards. The concert is appropriate for families. This is a unique opportunity to witness the powerful and impactful Kim Robards Dance up close and personal in a creative environment of The Hangar.
