Athena Project’s Girls Create Summer Camps

Fun creative playwriting, comedy/improv, song writing and fashion camps for girls 6th-10th grade. Empowering girls to lead and affect change through the arts.
Our unparalleled Girls Create summer camp program ignites the passions and talents of 6th to 10th grade girls in playwriting, comedy and improv, songwriting and fashion design. Professionals teach, guest artists share their expertise, and mentors from the community guide and encourage – empowering girls to lead, and to affect change in themselves and others through creative learning.
Each week-long program culminates in a final project for the week, we invite the community, including friends and family of the girls, to see their work. This Friday celebration is a highlight for participants and instructors!
All camps will be held at Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Denver. Snacks provided but bring a sack lunch. ALL CAMP TIMES ARE FROM 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. A limited number of scholarships are available; please contact info@athenaprojectarts.org for more details.
