The Aurora Symphony Orchestra: Arts For A Better Tomorrow/Young Artist Competition Concert
Join the Aurora Symphony Orchestra at 3 PM on Sunday May 21, 2017 at North Middle School Auditorium (12095 Montview Blvd., Aurora, Colorado 80010) for a musical journey of colorful landscapes and celebrate the joyful excitement of Copland’s Prairie Journal and the pensive spirit of the Rocky Mountain Suite by Colorado’s composer Jonathan Peters. Enjoy the artistry of Samantha Tartamella, winner of the 2016-2017 Young Artist Competition, in the Carl Nielsen Flute Concerto.
