Greenbacks and Associates Group will be teaching business formation classes at the Colorado Free University in Denver, Colorado. The class is titled, “Choose the Right Entity for Your Business: S-Corps, LLCs and More.”
This course will explain the formation, management, liability, and taxation process of the five business formations: sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, and corporations. Also, there will be a discussion about the differences between an S-Corp and an LLC, and which formation is the best for your business.
