Colorado Wind Ensemble

Colorado Wind Ensemble performs “Picture Studies” at the King Center in Denver. A family-friendly concert with music including themes from blockbuster movies like Star Wars, E.T., and Schlinder’s List. May 6 at 7:30 PM.
Colorado Wind Ensemble performs the final concert in our 39th season, “Picture Studies.” The concert features the title piece by Schoenberg, “Masque” by Hesketh, and blockbuster movie music by Academy Award-winning composer John Williams: “Star Wars Trilogy,” “Adventures on Earth from E.T.”, and “Theme from Schindler’s List.” This is a concert for the entire family! With guest violinist Emily Ondracek-Peterson. A symphony of woodwinds, brass and percussion. Free parking only in the 7th St. Garage, no free parking in the surface lots.
General admission $20. Seniors/Military $15. Students $5. Under 5 years free.
This concert will be repeated Saturday, May 7, 2022, 7:30 PM, at Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S Allison Parkway, Lakewood, CO. Ticket prices are the same.
