Cooking Class: Garganelli with amatriciana sauce

I am Chef Elise Wiggins, Executive Chef of the MULTI AWARD WINNING Italian restaurant, Panzano. You will learn how to make fresh pasta and various shapes…Garganelliin my home kitchen in Stapleton. We will also make the classic sauce called amatriciana. Amatriciana is made with rosemary, pomodoro, pancetta, onions, garlic and chili flake. You will eat your pasta dish after the class. Recipes, lunch, wine, and personal instruction by me are all included in the price. 6 people max. $100 a person
