CorePower Yoga Girl Power Camp for Ages 12-16

CorePower Yoga Stapleton is offering one, 1-week long conditioning and enrichment camp session, July 22nd-26th for females, ages 12-16. M-F from 1:30pm-4pm. Cost is $199 (on/before July 1st) and $225 after. Contact: stapleton@corepoweryoga.com.
CorePower Yoga Stapleton’s Girl Power Yoga training camp will focus on the basics of yoga and breath, movement, concentration, athletic strength and meditation. Each session will be fused with stories about how to find your inner strength and to train for whatever life has to offer (specifically tailored for dancers, athletes, and any females who would like to find strength in their own body)!
