DIY Floor Cloth and Placemat- Afternoon

July 22 - July 26

Students will prep, plan/design, and create their very own floor cloth (a sturdy mat used for pet dishes, plant tarp, shoe mat, rug or finishing the decor in their room) and either a table runner or two placemats.

DIY Floor Cloth and Placemat
In this fun camp led by Keri Deixler, students will go through the process of prepping, planning/designing, and creating their very own floor cloth (a sturdy mat used for pet dishes, plant tarp, shoe mat, rug or finishing the decor in their room) and either a table runner or two placemats! From learning about designs, preparing the canvas, practicing the painting technique, painting, and sealing (plus some fun free play and art thrown in), the kids will go through the whole process with help from Keri as needed. They will take home a beautiful, professional, and super-durable end product they will be proud to display.

They will take home a beautiful, professional, and super-durable floor cloth to use for pet food bowl mat, plant mini-tarp, shoe mat, rug for any entrance or sink!

Kids entering 2nd-6th Grade (limited to 12 students per session)
