Brothers Redevelopment and partners will host a community celebration 4-7 p.m. Aug. 15 at 7900 E. Colfax in anticipation of a new supportive housing project there. Guests can learn about the project, express their ideas and enjoy food, music.

Trusted housing nonprofit Brothers Redevelopment and its partners will share their plans for their proposed new 72-unit apartment community by hosting a community celebration for neighbors, business owners and East Colfax stakeholders. Local vendors and artists will provide food and entertainment. City of Denver staff, the Fax Partnership and other organizations planning new affordable housing on East Colfax also will be on hand to discuss their plans to revitalize the corridor.
Attendees will be able to:
1. View preliminary site plans and concepts
2. Share thoughts on building design and streetscape
3. Learn about the East Area Plan
4. Explore information about the resources coming to your neighborhood.
