Join Museo in celebrating Day of the Dead this First Friday! Enjoy free admission to our exhibit “El Infinito” and food and clothing vendors. Also participate in fun activities such as face painting, a nichos workshop and sugar skull decorating.

Enjoy free admission to Museo’s current exhibit “El Infinito” as part of the Denver Art District on Santa Fe’s art-walk. Our theme for November’s Cultural First Friday is Día de los Muertos. The Day of the Dead is a predominantly Mexican holiday where people celebrate those who were close to them but have passed. To match the theme we’ll have an ofrenda (or alter) on display and a communal ofrenda as well as other festivities including food and clothing vendors. The fun doesn’t stop there! You can also participate in making nichos, decorating a sugar skull, or getting your face painted.
