Free Meditation Group

Whether you’re new to meditation or been practicing for years, this group is for you. Learn new meditation techniques or just practice your own with like-minded individuals. We begin with 15 minutes of discussion and preparation for meditation followed by 30 minutes of meditation and then 15 minutes of debriefing. Feel free to tell a friend.
