Come join us at Colorado Free University, in Denver, Colorado, Saturday, November 2, 2019, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. This educational class is geared toward the entrepreneur. It will focus on the 5 business structures: (sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, and corporations). There you will learn about their advantages, differences, and their tax consequences. If you have questions that need answered about starting a business, or about your existing business. Also, we will discuss the differences between an S-Corp and an LLC. And which formation will work best for your business. Come join us and ask questions!
