Gruyére’s Awakening is an original comedy created by 1st year Naropa M.F.A students Karl Baumann and Nigel Knutzen in collaboration with their cast and crew. The character Gruyére was created by Baumann and influenced by his experience performing with Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas for over 15 seasons. The cast and crew have worked diligently to blend circus, dance, and physical theater to create a family-friendly comedy sure to delight everyone this holiday season.
