Proceeds from this event are critical to sustaining our efforts to build a more equitable food system that works for all Coloradans. Since the pandemic began, a large number of our fellow Coloradans have struggled to obtain consistent access to healthy food. In April 2021, our statewide survey indicated that 1 in 3 Coloradans were still struggling with hunger.
