Ideation to Creation: The Art of Paul Sullivan

Art Gym is proud to present Ideation to Creation: The Art of Paul Sullivan, June 18 – August 1, 2015 at 1460 Leyden Street in Denver. Sullivan is a Denver based artist who served as Art Director/ Production Designer on the animated movie “The Book of Life”, released in 2014. The film is a vibrant fantasy adventure, beautifully telling the legend of a conflicted hero on an epic quest to rescue his one true love and defend his village. The exhibition will be about the process of creating a digital movie and will include original storyboard sketches, a time-lapse video of his work process, large prints of artwork from the film and other samples of his work. The public is invited to view the exhibit during regular business hours (Thursday and Friday, 12-6 pm and Saturday 12-4 pm) and during the following special events:

Artist Talk: Saturday, June 27, 3-5 pm
