Interested in mindfulness meditation practice? Explore the benefits of the MBSR curriculum as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. During this experiential workshop we will explore a variety of ways to introduce mindfulness practice into our daily lives
Our time together will include a blend of sitting practice, gentle movement and group discussion. Serves as the required orientation to the 8 week MBSR program.
