Ayurveda is an intelligent, ancient wisdom that supports a healthy and radiant life. In Sanskrit, ‘Ayur’ means life and ‘veda’ mean knowledge. Thus, it is the knowledge of life. The holistic healing system has evolved for over 5000 years.
Ayurveda recognizes that our mind-body types are different. Therefore, our lifestyle and dietary habits should coincide with our mind-body type for optimal health. During the workshop, you will discover your mind-body type, and learn self-care tips to improve your overall well-being.
