Johnson & Wales University Culinary Connections

Johnson & Wales University hosts Culinary Connections, an evening of great local cuisine, beverage and showcasing JWU student chefs at live action stations. April 24, 2015 from 5:30-8pm at the College of Culinary Arts, Johnson & Wales University Denver Campus (17th and Quebec).
TASTE- Showcasing local cuisine and beverage.
TOUR- Exclusive tour of JWU Denver’s culinary production labs and dining rooms.
VOTE- Six JWU students will compete in live action stations and serve their creative dishes. Guests will sample and vote for their favorite Chef d’Or (Golden Toque) .The winning chef and their sous chef will have their choice of a pretigious stage in the industry including: Emeril’s in New Orleans, Morimoto in Napa Valley and Frasca in Boulder.
WIN- Silent Auction and Cork Pull prizes featuring: Black Card Package dinner for two at The French
Laundry in Napa Valley, CA complete with concierge servic and16-course dinner. Dinner for two at Chef ’s counter at ChoLon. Cork Pull- Donate $20 and receive a bottle of wine or other prizes.
All proceeds to benefit Johnson & Wales University Denver Campus Students. Tickets are $75.00.
