Lowry Speaker Series: “Then and Now: An Overview of Metro Denver’s African American History”

We will host a moderated panel discussion of metro Denver’s African American history and African American experience.

Panel members Charlene Porter, Judge Gary Jackson, Rene Gash, and Dr. George Junne are African Americans. Ms. Porter, Judge Jackson and Ms. Gash are from multi-generational families born and raised in Denver.

WHEN: Tuesday, October 27, 2020; 7:00–8:30pm

WHERE: The Eisenhower Chapel, 293 Roslyn Street, Denver, CO

HOW: This event is free and open to the public but RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Go to www.lowryfoundation.org to reserve your spot (limit of 45 socially-distanced audience members – FACE MASKS REQUIRED).
