Mother & Daughter Self Defense Class
August 4, 2019
Mother & Daughters will learn practical techniques using effective strikes to defend themselves in close and mid-range attacks. Sunday, 8/4, 4pm – 6pm. Recommended ages for daughters 8+. $40/person.
These techniques will prepare each student to recognize and prevent potentially dangerous situations. Each student will gain confidence and assertiveness in their ability to defend themselves in some of the most common attack methods. Class capacity: 30.
