National Haunted House Day

October 9, 2015

National Haunted House Day is Friday, October 9th this year. To celebrate, schedule a visit to Denver’s top rated, scariest haunted houses, 13th Floor and The Asylum.

If you’re a seasoned visitor or a first timer, check out brand new attractions guaranteed to thrill, then have yourself a scary good time and make a difference by planning your trip around National Haunted House Day on October 9th.

A portion of all tickets sales from both haunted houses will be donated to Denver’s Don’t Be a Monster program – a nonprofit that raises awareness about bullying prevention.

Don’t Be a Monster was founded by Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group which owns and operates 13th Floor and Asylum haunted houses in Denver, along with several haunted houses across the country. The program invites “Frank Shelly” (a Frankenstein-like monster) to school assemblies, bringing a fun approach to a serious topic. Frank is “different” from the others and by the end, the kids learn how to appreciate differences, drawing a parallel.

This is a great way to educate kids about kindness, enjoy a seasonal fun time at one of the haunted houses, and give back to our community.

Pre-purchase tickets here: TICKETS will be available on August 28th. Please visit and to purchase on or after that date.
