This production features creative and thought-provoking comedy and drama from Denver playwright and One Night Stand Theater favorite Jeffrey Neuman.
One Night Stand Theater showcases the work of Denver playwright Jeffrey Neuman in “One Night Stand with Jeffrey Neuman” on Sunday, June 2, 7:00 p.m. at Vintage Theater in Aurora.
This one-night-only production features theatrical readings of five of Neuman’s short plays:
• An ambitious playwright stages the most brilliant play ever written in Award Winning Entry.
• On a lonely Christmas Eve, madness, jealousy, and retribution drive a mother to destruction in “Silent Night.”
• Two older gay men explore the crossroads of friendship, aging, sex and a peculiarly flavored vodka in “Kindred Spirits.”
• Danger follows passion for a love-struck praying mantis in “InSex.”
• Confined to a hospital bed and imprisoned by aphasia, an old man clashes with unwelcome visitors in “Assisted Living.”
One Night Stand Theater is a Denver-area theater company that has presented unique one-night-only theatrical experiences for the past 10 years, each with its own theme.
