Photography and Memory

If you could save one photograph from a burning building, which one would it be? Why would you choose that particular photo? What story would it help you tell about yourself, about your life? We invite you to participate in a very special storytelling program in which you get to share that photograph and tell the story that is behind it. DU photography students will record your story and then take a portrait of you holding your photograph. When the program is over, you will have a special keepsake for you and your family: A book featuring the portraits and the stories. You might even make a friend or two!
This is a series. Please register only if you can attend all of the dates: 4/13, 4/20, 4/27 and 5/11. This series is intended for people age 55 and older.
