Originally commissioned by Carnegie Hall’s Carnegie Kids series, Polygraph Lounge brings their unusual collection of handmade instruments and imaginative and playful musical antics to Boulder!
After their sold out Carnegie Hall concert with Bobby McFerrin, Mark Stewart & Rob Schwimmer (aka Polygraph Lounge) got a call from the Carnegie folks with a commission proposal. The resulting series of sold-out concerts explored the questions “What is a Soundmaker?” & “Could that be Music?” using a stage full of instruments and a world full of ideas. Music from all times and places help our heroes along with a big dose of laughter, movement & song.
