Project Worthmore and Kids’ Compassion Project

December 1, 2018

A community service project geared towards children benefiting the work of Project Worthmore.

Project Worthmore is an amazing organization “working to restore worth to our refugee neighbors through the heart of our community. Every family we serve has a unique story, a steadfast courage, and a resilience to survive and rebuild their lives here in Colorado.” This is the 2nd time Kids’ Compassion Project is partnering on this unique event. The experience will feature a toy drive, toy wrapping and a refugee simulation experience. The simulation experience portion is best for kids in 4th grade and older, but if you have a younger child, you are welcome to join. If they are not connecting with the refugee simulation, you will be able to leave with them and wrap gifts. After you register, you will be asked to sign up to bring at least one toy per participating child. Our BIG goal is to beat our previous number of 363 new toys!

Attendance is limited to 100 participants and their families.
