Dance students from Dar al-Kalima University in Bethlehem, Palestine, will perform traditional Palestinian dances, accompanied by the Georges Lammam Ensemble from San Francisco, playing traditional Palestinian musical instruments. Artisans and art students from Bethlehem will also display their creations and offer them for sale. The university was founded to create opportunities for Muslim and Christian young people, living behind the separation barrier in the West Bank, to build a strong community with a sustainable economic base, in spite of the obstacles created by the wall.
