Sake Tasting 101

Learn how sake’s made and taste a variety of our different styles.
There are only 15 craft sake breweries in the USA. This is your opportunity to learn how we brew Colorado Sake right here in Denver. Get a rundown of our process, the science of sake, and ask our master sake brewers every question you’ve got!
Price includes a sake tasting, and you will receive a discount on purchases made after the tour! Learn, sip, and become a Colorado Sake Co ambassador!
We also offer an add on where we pair some our signature sake with hand rolled sushi after the Sake 101 from our kitchen: Sushi Pairing Includes an extra 1/2 flight of Sake with one “4 way sushi roll” sampler (includes 8 pieces): 2 slices of salmon, 2 Tuna, 2 crab, & 2 veggie.
