WHAT: “Say Hello to New” during the official grand opening Block Party of Stapleton’s latest neighborhoods—Beeler Park and Bluff Lake. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour 12+new model homes and see all new home collections. These neighborhoods are near RTD commuter rail service, close to downtown, provide endless access to parks and open space and offer energy efficient designs.
