Speed and Strength Summer Camps
June 3 - August 12
The best coaching at the right time can change your whole life! This unique week long half-day summer camp is taught by certified, experienced track+field and weightlifting coaches to develop essential athletic skills for kids at every level.
Get Outside, Work Hard, Have Fun!
Monday-Friday 10am-2pm at Stanley Marketplace
This program is designed kids at any level that are looking to develop proper technique and practice skills+drills to improve speed and strength while boosting confidence and determination.
Your child will experience engaging track practices outdoors, age-appropriate weightlifting in the weight room in a safe environment, and play loads of games to increase coordination, agility, and balance.
Each week will build on a variety of skills and movements from Monday through Thursday. The program culminates with recording various event times/weights/accuracy on Friday, followed by an hour at the pool. When your child enrolls in multiple sessions, progress will be tracked from week to week.
Cost: $159/week early bird pricing, $169/week after April 1
