Spring Break: Brave & Bold

Spring Break at the Denver Art Museum means fun for the whole family. The Paint Studio, Create-n-Takes and the Backpack Cart will be open every day. Enjoy the family play Art Emergency: Code Red on March 19, and Cuentos del Arte on April 2.
Every day, explore the new Just for Fun Center Japan and learn about Japanese art and culture. Kids can build balancing stone sculptures or a giant Japanese-inspired garden, make their mark on a Japanese screen with inlaid Buddha Boards and play Guess Who? with images from the Samurai exhibition. They can also design their own samurai helmet and learn how samurai dress in their suits of armor.
Kids 18 and under receive free general admission during Spring Break and every day at the DAM, and youth admission to Samurai is capped at $5. The museum is closed on Mondays.
