Details:
Venture through the blue waters of Standley Lake on kayaks or canoes to discover how our park has served as an oasis for people, wildlife and adventure! We will paddle silently past Bird Island, which is the City of Westminster’s largest rookery, to view our many different water birds. Our paddle program must have at least one experienced paddler per watercraft (Single/double kayak or canoe). Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, but keep you warm. Paddles, life jackets, and watercraft are included. Ages 8-17 must register with a registered adult. All ages must register for this class through the City of Westminster’s Activity Registration Webpage.
Cost is $25.00 per person. Ages 8 to adult. Class is limited to 8 spaces.
