Stanley Marketplace Health & Wellness Day
January 21
January is the time for renewal, recharging and resetting your mind and body, and this year Stanley Marketplace is hosting their first annual Stanley Marketplace Health & Wellness Day on Saturday 1/21.
Starting at 9am and continuing until 3pm, we’ll be hosting speakers on topics ranging from nutrition, mental health, sleep cycles, back pain, and more, plus makers in the health and wellness space, chair massages in the marketplace, and free, open gym and class sessions from all the Stanley Marketplace fitness businesses. Oak Street Health will be on hand with health and wellness check updates, Vibe Yoga + Wellness is providing massage chairs, acupressure stickers, IV drips and the famed BioCharger for public use. Fresh pressed juices and elixirs from Sweet Gold Juice will be on offer, and you can track progress with Bingo cards to fill out and win prizes like an apple iPad.
