Everyone wants to have a voice, and yet there is also the need for more civility in our conversations. This course is for anyone who wants to build bridges, not walls, with their communication. Learn key nonverbal communication principles and practice concrete strategies to become more intentional and less reactive in your communication. Discover how you can have influence, while retaining mutuality and respect. Whether you apply these rapport-building skills in your personal, professional, or public life, you’ll be able to have greater influence, while maintaining your own energy and engagement.
