5K Fun Run Description:
Suits ’n Sneakers is a 5K fun run focused less on speed and more on creating a unique and fun way to stay healthy. Run with coworkers, friends and family at 8 a.m. on Aug. 9 at Central Park in Stapleton. This is where business and health meet, so share the fun and healthy experience with your network! Whether you are a casual morning walker or a marathon runner, this 3.1-mile course will be a memorable way to be a part of promoting workplace wellness.
Mentors Walk Description:
Make it memorable with a mentor! Are you an early-stage entrepreneur in need of a business wellness check? Be a part of the Mentors Walk. It’s simple: bring a pair of sneakers and get paired up to discuss business challenges and ideas for future success. More than simply a walk in the park, this experience will drive health and wellness of your business, body and mind.
