10:00-10:15 Welcome Circle & Question of the Day
10:15-11:00 Guided Yoga (M-TH)
11:00-11:30 Strength Training (M/W) + HIIT Conditioning (T/TH)
11:30-11:45 Guided Recovery/Mobility & Breath-work (M-TH)
11:45-12:30 Nutrition Lesson of the Day + Lunch*
12:30-1:00 Team Building Challenge of the Day
1:00-1:45 Technical Boxing (daily) & Self Defense (week 4 and 8)
