The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa’s 32nd Annual Champagne Cascade

Champagne poured by Avalanche legend Joe Sakic into the uppermost glass of a two-story high, 6,000+ glass pyramid. Featuring live holiday music and a visit from Santa Claus. Proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Colorado.
This iconic event features master swordsmen using Napoleonic sabers to sever Moet & Chandon champagne bottles. NHL Hall of Fame player and Avalanche legend, Joe Sakic will join the Brown Palace’s General Manager in pouring champagne into the uppermost glass of a two-story high, 6,000+ glass pyramid. As the champagne cascades into the glasses below it, it creates a stunning display of bubbly liquid. Featuring live holiday music and a visit by Santa Claus. Proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Colorado.
