The Colorado Governor’s Cup Wine Tasting

The Colorado Wine Industry Development Board (CWIDB), part of the Colorado Department of Agriculture, will be hosting the Governor’s Cup Case Tasting Event on “Colorado Day” – August 1, 2015 at The History Colorado Center. The event will celebrate the 12 winning Colorado wine selections that will be included in this year’s Governor’s Cup Case. These 12 wines were chosen from 235 submissions from more than 30 local wineries, all of which were judged by a panel of sommeliers, chefs, writers and wine experts from around the country in May 2015. This is the only event open to public that gives people the chance to try each wine before the case is released. Doors open at 7 p.m. VIP entry and 7:30 public entry.
