Come hear the voices of the wind as you safely climb into the upper branches of a tree in Westy�s Open Spaces! On this tree climbing adventure discover the importance of trees and enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape, nature, wildlife, and more. The program is an entry-level tree climbing class; however, it is very hands-on, experiential, and designed to give you an unforgettable experience! A certified City of Westminster Forestry instructor will get you up into the trees safely by using ropes and safety equipment. Tree climbing locations vary. Register online.
Cost is $15 per person. Ages 8-12. Class is limited to 12 spaces.
The August 5th Tree cimbing Class will be at Mushroom Pond. West of Federal Boulevard at about 110th Avenue.
