In this month’s Unplugged at the Denver Art Museum, explore local artist Jonathan Saiz’s installation of 10,000 tiny drawings, paintings and sculptures with a variety of drawing media.
Local artist Anna Kaye will guide you through a session of creative mindfulness practices as you discover inspiring colors, shapes and textures in Saiz’s artwork.
Build your connection with mindful seeing, dynamic design, and spontaneous play as you create your own drawings to take home. Materials will be provided.
Join us on a select Friday each month for Unplugged, a program that explores different ways to turn down the tempo and unwind at the Denver Art Museum.
With the galleries as the setting and artworks as inspiration, unplug through slow looking and conversation, physical movement, guided meditation, or creative expression.
