About the art:
Exhibiting in the McMahon Gallery is Las Vegas based artist Dave Rowe, who channels his fascination with decay into wall sculptures made of 2×4’s and cardboard. His work is focused on documenting social, political and environmental change on the American landscape.
The Hand-Rudy Gallery and the MacMillan Family Lobby hosts an unusual display of works called “Digital Pictorial Photography,” a term coined by Chinese artist Fu Wenjun to describe his process of harmonizing ancient Chinese art and Western oil painting.
In the Polly Addison Gallery, Paris based artist, Amber St. Lucia exhibits a sensitive set of paintings that subtly examine femininity and masculinity. By fixating on her subjects, St. Lucia digs her way into their life and embraces their views.
