Visual Arts Opening Reception: Touch – Breaking the barrier between art and viewer; Art for you to touch.
January 18, 2019
The Dairy Arts Center breaks down a standard barrier between artwork and viewer, allowing visitors to touch, play, and interact with all the paintings, installations and sculptures in the four galleries.
Touch opens on January 18 from 5-8 pm. Join us at 5:30 for a short performance by BETC followed by an introduction to the artists. This is your opportunity to meet and mingle with the artists and curator. Light fare for attendees, plus drinks available for purchase. All receptions are free and open to the public.
Featured artists: Chelsea Gilmore, Angie Eng, Kenzie Sitterud & Elizabeth Morisette, Thomas Scharfenberg, Clay Hawkley, Sean Patrick Faling, Mark Bueno, Julie Maren.
