Walk for 1 in 100

A festive, Halloween walk for Adult Congenital Heart Association at City Park Pavilion. A national non-profit paving the way to a brighter future for the 1 in 100 born with congenital heart disease. Refreshments provided. Costumes encouraged!
This year, 14 communities across the country, including Denver, aim to raise $1 million so Adult Congenital Heart Association can continue to improve the lives of people with congenital heart disease (CHD) through peer mentors, advocacy, education, and research.
Adult Congenital Heart Association empowers adults to take an active role in their cardiac care, educates parents on the lifelong specialized care their young child will need in the future, and supports young adults through the transition to adult CHD care. We are here for the person with a newly diagnosed heart defect, as well as the patient who’s seen it all, and everything in between.
Congenital heart disease doesn’t go away. And neither will we.
