Walk/Run 5K in Support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

On Sept. 21 the community will gather at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park for the St. Jude Walk/Run Denver to End Childhood Cancer. Funds raised will support St. Jude’s mission to ensure Colorado area families never receive a bill from St. Jude.
St. Jude is well known for providing life-saving medical treatment to children from all 50 states and around the world without billing the already distressed families. Thanks to their research, the childhood cancer survival rate has risen from 20% in 1962 to 80% today. St. Jude shares its cutting edge research nationally and internationally, amplifying its impact. Many Colorado children like Evan are healthy, happy and active today thanks to the treatments developed by St. Jude, all without leaving the family in a crippling financial situation.

People of all fitness levels are welcome to join the family-friendly event. Register to start a team, join an existing team or participate as an individual in the 5k. Registration starts at 8 a.m. with the walk/run starting at 9 a.m.
