Celebrate bravery, inclusivity and the power of community! Womxn’s March Denver is hosting a fundraiser that includes a special showing of Raise Hell: the Life and Times of Molly Ivins directed by Janice Engel.
Ivins died in 2007 of Stage III inflammatory breast cancer. A well-known outspoken hard-hitting political journalist from Texas, she honored even the targets of her sharp-witted commentary—they knew they were official when she wrote about them.
A favorite shero in American politics, this new documentary is a fun event to attend with kindred spirits as a fundraiser benefiting event expenses for the Womxn’s March Denver.
