Writing Non-Fiction: Get Your Project Done
April 29, 2018
This seminar is created for writers who are specifically interested in getting non-fictions projects written, and more importantly, published. Anyone wanting to write a nonfiction book, article, report, technical material, thesis, or dissertation will learn how to take a viable idea and turn it into a publishable manuscript. Topics include evaluation of the idea, assessment of your competition, getting the first draft done quickly, polishing it into a saleable product, making the sale to a publisher or agent, getting a good contract, and more. Anyone in the world of publish or perish will get a boost from this course. Othniel Seiden has had over 70 books published, 12 novels and over 60 nonfictions, including self-help books, regional histories, numerous technical articles, and magazine pieces. This class is based on his book, Writing Publishable Nonfiction: Self Help, Publish, or Perish, Master’s Theses, Dissertation, Technical Material. He insists, “If I can do it, anyone can!”
$40 for Members. $52 for Non-Members
