Yoga for EveryBODY

Yoga should be restorative and calming, not another source of stress. You shouldn’t have to worry about how you look in your yoga pants or if you’re doing a warrior pose as well as the person next to you. Elevate Yoga is a low-key, unpretentious place where people feel at home. This interactive and foundational class is for people who are new to yoga, or for those have practiced but want to make sure they’ve got the basics down. Learn about the various types of yoga, what the various props are for, the “language” of yoga, and basic studio etiquette. Questions throughout class are encouraged. Each week focuses on a different aspect of yoga: stretching, balancing, standing leg poses, and breathing and mindfulness. Through them all, you will experience how you can connect with movement and experience greater contentment.
$50 for Members. $62 for Non-Members
